Refund policy

Under EU rules, Items in unused and original condition are eligible for returns within 14 days by mail with original receipt/electronic receipt lookup. Shipping charges are non-refundable. 


  • Returns can only be made by shipment


  • All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Original shipping charges are not refundable. It can take up to an additional 3 to 5 business days for funds to be credited to your account.


After you notify us you can send us the item back but be aware that you will bear the expenses related to the return process. Shipping payments depend on the shipping services in your country. Return import duties cost 350 Euros per package. You must pay them immediately when the item returns to Israel. We will let you know when it happens. Only after the return import duties are paid, we can refund you.

 


All merchandise must be in perfect saleable condition, exactly the way you received it. This means: 


-Item must be in its original UNWORN condition and without any scratches, marks, or blemishes. Any damaged items or any items showing signs of wear will be rejected.

-Returned with all original accessories, paperwork, tags, and gift boxes. 

-All returns will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team before we can process a refund.

-Items must not have been sized or adjusted in length on special requests by us or by a local jeweler.

-Return shipping/handling fee is to be paid by buyers.

-Refunds take 3-5 business days to process.

-Any damaged items or any items showing signs of wear will be rejected.


After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing. We’ll arrange for a DHL Express pickup and your item will be shipped back. 


Please, make sure to print the paperwork we will send you and attach it to the package. This method of return takes up to two weeks due to shipping and verification. Your refund, including all shipping and handling fees, will be processed once verification is complete.
