Shipping policy

What are your shipping options and delivery times?

Orders are processed from Sunday to Thursday, and shipped Monday to Friday excluding Israel's National holidays.

Important information regarding anything purchased through www.Alegra's Legend.com:

  • No item is shipped until full payment has been received.

  • Shipping Arrives in 2-5 business days.  Please note, that Alegra's Legend cannot be responsible for shipping unexpected delays that might occur.

  • Fully Insured delivery by FedEx or DHL. Please refer to your shipment confirmation email on which carrier we use to ship your order.

  • Shipments cannot be made to P.O. boxes/public places/army bases. Therefore, a proper shipping address, telephone number, and name of the receiver must be provided before the sale is complete.

Your country of residence may impose additional VAT, customs, and import fees which are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Alegra's Legend recommends that you consult with your local tax official to see what import duties and/or VAT you are required to pay in your place of residence. Alegra's Legend will not be responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes, or surcharges levied by the customer’s country. Some countries require a customs broker to release such items. 

Alegra's Legend will not be held accountable for any shipping delays. However, all sales representatives will do whatever is necessary to help rectify the problems in order to ensure a quick and easy delivery.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Please also check your junk email. This email will have all your shipping information and ways to track your order.

Please note you will not get tracking information until your order is processed and shipped. There may be additional shipping delays due to high order volumes.
